Along with like-minded professionals, Katharine Earhart and Maya Tussing helped start the Social Impact Advisor Group (SIAG) in 2018 as a professional affinity group. The goal was to create a space for professionals, nonprofit leaders, and engaged citizens to talk about the issues shaping our communities. Real conversations with real results.
As the work deepened, so did the need. We became the Social Impact Advisor Network (SIAN) to go further. We support nonprofits with the right expertise, advocating for stronger outcomes, and creating real business opportunities for professionals committed to positive impact.
Katharine and Maya continue to sponsor SIAN as part of running Fairlight Advisors—investment professionals who back nonprofits with the tools they need to build strong infrastructure and deliver real impact.
