Zaina is a trusted coach and collaborative growth partner to mission-driven leaders navigating pivotal periods of change. Drawing on more than two decades of executive leadership and people strategy experience, she helps nonprofit and social impact leaders align purpose with performance and lead with clarity, compassion, and conviction. Having collaborated with hundreds of leaders—as an operator, investor, advisor, and now an ICF-certified Executive and Energy Leadership Coach—she brings both empathy and practical insight to her work.
Zaina began her career in the non-profit sector, working with AmeriCorps in the U.S. and the World Health Organization in India, experiences that shaped her lifelong commitment to social impact. Today, her volunteer efforts centers on empowering women and diverse founders from microfinance to angel investing, mentoring emerging leaders, and applying systems thinking to strengthen the capacity of mission-driven organizations.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Zaina combines a global lens (born in Mumbai, raised in Los Angeles) with a grounded approach that helps leaders transform vision into tangible, measurable impact.
